Anam Cara candles are lovingly hand-poured by Downlights NZ using natural soy wax. The entire manufacturing process supports the development of a variety of workplace skills and offers employment opportunities for young adults with Down syndrome and intellectual or learning disabilities.

How to Use

  • First time lighting, please allow the candle to burn to the edge of the vessel to avoid hollowing.
  • Trim the wick to half a centimetre before lighting.
  • Keep sheltered from drafts, and away from anything flammable.
  • Burn for no longer than 4 hours at a time.
    Never leave burning candle unattended.
