Sunescape is an Australian-owned sunless tanning range known for delivering natural-looking colour along with its signature tropical scent. Born in Sydney’s iconic Bondi, Sunescape is the creation of Matt and Lisa Williams, Directors of salon-only beauty distribution company, Professional Beauty Solutions (PBS).

After years of working with a number of salons, they recognised a trend in the needs and wants out of a spray tan solution- a healthy colour that didn’t cause dryness, streaking, patchiness or orange undertones, and was made without using harmful ingredients.

Sunescape products are formulated to provide a natural looking and feeling tan, and one that smells amazing. They contain added vitamins, antioxidants and oils to nourish skin, as well as anti-ageing, hydrating and firming ingredients to leave skin smooth and replenished. The proprietary formula is certified natural DHA, not tested on animals, and free from alcohol, parabens and petrochemicals.

The range extends beyond professional tanning solutions to a whole take-home retail range including Instant Self Tan Mousse, DHA free Tanning Products, Application & Removal Mitts, Hydrating Body Butter, Gradual Tan Extender, Exfoliating Body Polish, Gift Sets and Triple Scented Soy Wax Candles.

Spraytan Instructions & Information

You can have a gorgeous, natural looking, safe tan with 'Sunescape' tanning products.

To maximise your tan, we recommend you follow these guidelines:

Pre Tan
It is recommended to Exfoliate prior to tanning to remove any dead skin cells and/or previous tan. We recommend using the Sunescape Tan Removal Mitt

Day of Tan
Do not moisturise or wear deodorant or perfume prior to tanning. Tans work best on dry, unperformed skin.

Wear loose comfortable clothing (preferably black) to avoid rubbing the tan off and staining of clothes on the day of your tan.

Wear slip on shoes if possible.

Do not shower, exercise vigorously, sweat or get wet for at least 2 hours after being tanned (you can leave the tan longer if you like).

Post Tan
Avoid waxing after your tan. This will remove the tan
Avoid the use of soaps and body washes that contain the ingredient Sodium Laurel Sulfate. We recommend the use of Sunescape’s Hydrating Shower Gel.

Avoid long hot showers/baths and prolonged swimming to lengthen your tan.

To maintain your tan, keep your skin hydrated by alternating between Sunescape’s Gradual Tan Extender and Hydrating Body Butter.

Antioxidants, Vitamin C (from Kakadu Plum), Vitamin E & Grape Skin extract that work together to nourish and protect the skin.

With our added vitamins and hydrating oils, our proprietary formula gives you more than just a natural looking and feeling tan, it enriches the skin with anti-ageing and skin firming ingredients leaving a smooth and replenished texture to your skin.

Our formulas are also made with organic ingredients and Eco Cert approved DHA, and are FREE from alcohol, parabens, petrochemicals, and animal cruelty.
